The Opportunity
Currently we have an opening for an experienced Garage Door Sales Person. Experience
in the garage door industry is required. This position requires a strong knowledge of
garage door installations, service, garage door products and sales. Qualified applicant
must have experience interfacing and building relationships with garage door vendors
and selling to potential residential and commercial clients. In addition, qualified
candidates must have the ability to follow up on leads, referrals, and to manage new and
existing customer expectations.
Qualifications
Self-motivated individual with an exceptional work ethic
Ability to deliver superior customer service and maintain high quality standards
Price and service negotiation skills are required
Strong oral and written communication skills
Minimum 3 years of Garage Door Industry knowledge/ outbound calling / inside
sales experience
Motivated self-starter with strong team work skills
To research, manage, and negotiate customer expectation
To conduct customer service follow up calls to new and existing customers
May require ad hoc reporting on essential and non-essential operational sales
information and metrics
Intermediate Desktop Computer Software knowledge

Compensation: Ex: $50,000 to $85,00+
