About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service and Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Precision Door Service of Memphis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate data entry records.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries
- Entering customer information and service requests into our database
- Providing support to the service technicians and dispatch team
- Assisting with scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or data entry role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
