Precision Door Service is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Door Install Technician to support our installation team. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the trades. You will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial garage doors while learning hands-on skills from experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Assist lead technicians with installing garage doors, openers, tracks, and hardware 
  •  Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment 
  •  Support troubleshooting and basic repair tasks under supervision 
  •  Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites 
  •  Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines 
  •  Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers 
  •  Complete basic documentation and job reports as needed 
Qualifications:

  •  Prior experience in construction, mechanical work, or a related field is a plus but not required 
  •  Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members 
  •  Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor (bending, climbing, standing) 
  •  Basic familiarity with hand and power tools 
  •  Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
