Position Overview:
The Access Control Technician will install, repair, and maintain gate and access control systems for our residential and commercial clients. This role requires hands-on experience with a range of access control equipment and an unwavering commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair gate operators, access control systems, and equipment.
Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and systems.
Provide recommendations to clients on equipment upgrades or replacements.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Ensure all work complies with local codes and company safety guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technology in access control solutions.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience as an Access Control Technician or similar role.
Knowledge of a variety of access control systems and brands.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with local codes and safety regulations.

Compensation: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
